Your clients and follow-ups in one quiet place, kept offline. QuietCRM is a lightweight customer list for freelancers and small businesses: the people you work with, what you last talked about, what you need to do next, and which deals are in play. It opens in your web browser from a single file.

  • Contacts: name, email, phone, company, tags and notes. It warns you before you save the same email address twice.
  • Conversation log: log a Call, Email, Meeting or Note on any contact; it is dated automatically and the newest three show on the card ("View All" for the rest).
  • Search across names, emails, phone numbers, companies, tags and notes.
  • Follow-up tasks: link a task to a contact, give it a due date if you like, and tick it off when done. Tasks are sorted by due date, and overdue ones are marked in red.
  • Deal pipeline: Potential, Offer Sent, Won and Lost columns with a dollar total for each; move a deal along with Back and Next.
  • Reports: total contacts, won revenue, open pipeline value, pending and overdue tasks, task completion, a bar chart by stage and a short list of suggested next steps.
  • Backup and restore: download everything as one dated JSON file and restore it in another browser. A banner tells you when your newest changes are not in a backup yet. Deleting and Reset can be undone straight away.
  • Sample data to explore before you type in your own, and a built-in Quick Start guide.

Private by design: no account, no subscription, no server. Your contacts stay in your browser, on your device, unless you download a backup.

A digital download: one HTML file, delivered after purchase.

What you get: one file, itsmyCRM.html (about 77 KB), that opens in your web browser. Nothing to install, and no internet connection needed: it loads nothing from the web, and everything works offline. Designed for a computer screen; at phone width the menu and cards stack into one column. Tested in Google Chrome on a computer, at desktop and phone widths; it has not been tested on a real phone.

Quick start: 1. Save the file somewhere you will find it again (for example Documents) and double-click it. 2. Click Try Sample Data to look around, or Add First Contact to start with your own. 3. Use + Log on a contact after a call or email. 4. Add a task for the next step, with a due date. 5. Add a deal when there is real money on the table, and move it along the pipeline. 6. Click Backup Data now and then, and keep the file somewhere safe.

Good to know: QuietCRM is for one person in one browser: there is no sharing, syncing or email/calendar connection, and it does not send reminders; overdue tasks are shown when you open it. Your data lives in the browser you use, so clearing that browser's site data erases it: download a backup regularly. Restore replaces what is in the browser with the backup (it does not merge two sets of data). Backups are JSON files; there is no CSV or spreadsheet export. Conversations are dated when you log them. Deal values are in dollars.
